Directed the full lifecycle of a $100M luxury retail anchor during a period of regional trade sanctions and restricted supply routes. Managed $100M hotel projects under complex regional and client-driven change requirements. Delivered hospitality facilities to global brand standards while navigating challenging regulatory and market environments.
NAKHEEL RETAIL MALLS (UAE)
Held a senior project management role within Nakheel’s multi-billion retail portfolio. Led schematic design for the Great Mall Dubai, managed packages across Ibn Battuta Mall and Dragon Mart, and supported portfolio repositioning during the Global Financial Crisis.
KOGAN CREEK POWER STATION (QLD)
Contributed to delivery of Queensland’s largest single-unit coal-fired power station. Managed design and delivery packages focused on long-term operational reliability and integration into the state grid.

Led feasibility and schematic design for a $1.3B yacht club and marina commissioned by the Abu Dhabi royal family. Though never constructed, the project required complex planning, multidisciplinary coordination, and executive-level engagement.
