Automotive - Nissan / Renault / Infiniti

Recognised as some of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers, selling millions of vehicles annually and whom pride themselves on their customers’ satisfaction, on behalf of Al Mana and working closely with brand representatives from each automotive stream, our Principal Project Manager lead design and construction of several on-brand Nissan, Renault and Infiniti sales and service centres across Qatar.

Infrastructure - TC Energy

TC Energy are a leaders in developing and operating energy infrastructure. For more than 70 years, TC Energy has operated pipelines, storage facilities and power-generation plants that support life in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. On behalf of Allnorth, our Principal Project Manager lead the team responsible for designing the technically complex natural gas pipeline bridges for the Prince Rupert Gas Transmission project across Alberta and British Columbia, Canada.

Hospitality - Marriott International

Marriott International is a leading global hospitality company, known for its diverse portfolio of hotel brands, that owns, franchises, and manages hotels and resorts, operating over 8,700 properties and 36 brands in 141 countries. On behalf of Al Mana and working closely with brand representatives, our Principal Project Manager led feasibility analysis and design development for the prestigious Le Meridien hotel, a 150 key, high-rise hotel proposed for the city centre of Doha, Qatar.

Retail – Dubai Retail

Dubai Retail owns and operates a diverse portfolio of malls, destinations, and community centers, positioning the Group as a leader in Dubai’s retail sector. Dubai Holding Asset Management’s portfolio includes 10 prominent malls offering unique retail and entertainment experiences across Dubai. On behalf of Turner & Townsend, our Principal Project Manager led feasibility and design development for the proposed Great Mall of Dubai and infrastructure design development for expansion of Ibn Battuta Mall.

Energy – CS Energy

CS Energy is a leader in providing customised energy solutions for Queensland's large organisations. On behalf of Siemens, our Principal Project Manager oversaw construction of several civil structures and infrastructure related packages of work for one of Australia’s most efficient and technically advanced coal five power stations, Kogan Creek Power Station. Commissioned in 2007, it contains the largest single generating unit in Australia and has one of the lowest environmental impacts of any coal-fired power station nationwide.

Education - BHP Future Fit Academy

BHP Australia’s purpose-built learning centres have been especially designed for optimised mining maintenance and production training programs. Our Principal Project Manager supported BHP from inception to completion with delivery of their academies in Queensland and Western Australia.

Industrial - BHP Mackay Repair Centre

Unique to BHP’s Operations Services, BHP operate two Repair Centres in Australia carrying out component repairs and rebuilds of around 2000 units of mobile equipment and machines used at BHP’s mine sites across Western Australia and Queensland. Our Principal Project Manager has been with BHP since the inception of their Mackay Repair Centre, and continues to support their ongoing growth.

Retail - Harvey Nichols Doha

Recognised as the UK's premier luxury fashion retailer, Harvey Nichols is internationally renowned for its expertly edited fashion and beauty merchandise, premium food and wine offer and award-winning restaurants. On behalf of Al Mana, our Principal Project Manager lead delivery of the 10,000 sqm luxury department store from inception to completion.
